Fitness Classes

The Stoneham Senior Center is proud to offer Weekly Fitness Classes!
Get moving, get fit, & get healthy with the variety of exercise programs we have at the Center. All classes are $2 per person/per class, with the exception of Advanced Tai Chi (payable to the Senior Center upon arrival to class). Each class has a maximum size of 25 participants determined on a first-come, first-serve basis. Participants must be 60 years old or older and ALL classes are open tor men and women.

Monday’s
Jacki Sorenson Aerobics; 8:30 am – 9:30 am
Zumba; 9:45 am -10:45 am
Balance & Coordination with Nancy; 11 am -12:00 pm

Tuesday’s
Jacki Sorenson Aerobics; 9 AM (Boys and Girls Club)

Wednesday’s
Jacki Sorenson Aerobics; 8:30 am- 9:30 am
Walking Club; 8:30 am (Approximately 1-mile and Breakfast to follow. Sponsored by Stoneham ME Federal Credit Union.)
Zumba; 11 am
Seated Zumba; 11:45 am
Advanced Tai Chi; 2:15 pm ($5)

Thursday’s

Line Dancing; 10am-11am
Flexibility & Strength with Nancy; 12pm-1pm
Chair Yoga; 1:15 pm

Friday’s

“Take a seat” chair yoga; 12:45 pm
